The marketing teams at Adjusters International and Globe Midwest/Adjusters International recently won two Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Chapter Awards for their informative podcast series and exceptional writing skills. The Tri-Cities Tennessee/Virginia Chapter Awards Program recognizes excellence in public relations. Digital Marketing Manager & Website Administrator Brianna Moyer, Vice President C. Todd Thomas and Marketing and Public Relations Manager Marjorie Zeoli Musick were honored with the following awards:
- An Award of Excellence in Community Relations for Adjusters International’s Property Insurance Roundtable Podcast Series and Disaster Recovery Roundtable Podcast Series, which together take an in-depth look at current issues affecting organizations and policyholders alike. Based on Adjusters International’s widely acclaimed publications Adjusting Today and Disaster Recovery Today, AI’s podcasts aim to educate listeners on noteworthy insurance topics and FEMA-related claims issues. The judges commented that both series were excellent vehicles for highlighting the organization’s many experts while for spurring lively discussion among industry professionals and the policyholders they serve.
- An Award of Merit for Globe Midwest Adjusters International’s “Who’s Knocking on my Door? An Introduction to Insurance Professionals Policyholders May Encounter After Experiencing a Property Loss” blog article. The judges thought that this article was well written, informative and provided a great community service by educating property owners on the many types of experts they may encounter during the complicated property insurance claims process.
