The Caldor Fire burned through Leoni Meadows camp, destroying multiple buildings and infrastructure. Post fire, The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International team, went to work to representing Leoni Meadows Camp in regard to our insurance claim. These guys know what they're doing. They are professionals, and they'll get every penny that you are entitled to. I realized very quickly I was kind of out of my depth here, and this was a very large, substantial claim that needed to be done right to get my business back up and running. All I had to do was show up when they asked me to on phone calls or meetings, or fill out paperwork. Whatever it was that I had to do, they gave it to me. They then forwarded that to the insurance company. If the insurance company had any questions, they spoke to them about it. You're already dealing with a lot. Loss of a business, loss of income. Yeah, I had 30 employees who were now going to look for jobs. It was a tough time. You know, I didn't know what the future held. So, there was one big thing I didn't have to worry about, and that's talking to the insurance company. The main thing was I wanted to get my business back up and running, and that's what we do, and that's all that mattered to me. I liken it to being sick. If you're sick, you go to a doctor. If you've got a substantial claim, go to a public adjuster because they can help navigate the waters.
