Farmers Insurance initially offered $295,606 to rebuild our home; however, Eric diligently and successfully got us $496,950. Lastly, Eric got us $191,000 for our personal property when Farmers only wanted to pay us $111,000. We saw the 10% fee we paid for your services as an investment in our claim; the return we got on that investment was far greater than 10%.
