Cesare “Skip” Cerminaro has a strong business management background and years of experience in the engineering field. He has worked for the New York State Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Civil Defense as an Engineering Technician. Cerminaro has consulted on projects ranging from large-scale State operations to complex applicant recoveries.
